Just a quick note of refference, out of the most commonly consumed nuts and seeds.  Sesame seeds are among the highest in phytosterols which are plant compounds that may help reduce cholestrol in the blood.  As well as copper which helps to promote several antioxidant and anti-inflammatory enzyme processes.

For a little variety try this sesame chopped salad with warm or chilled chopped chicken.

1 cup cabbage
1 carrot
1 green onion
1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon sliced almonds
2 teaspoons sesame low fat dressing
1/2 cup cooked chicken breast
Chop the cabbage, carrot, onion and cilantro into very small pieces.  Add the almonds and toss with dressing.
Top with chopped chicken breast.
